Slightly sad to see the Unconventionals go this week - I think the song choice was poor and I would have liked to see them have the chance to do something more their style.
The Macdonald Brothers got given a crap song too - I was really bored. And Ray got a bad deal too and sang poorly.
I still like Ashley the least - he sings OK (though he was out of tune quite a lot this week) but I just don't like his voice. I'm not sure what it is, it just sounds wrong, like he's holding his nose while singing or something. I can't describe it. Unfortunately I reckon he'll stay in for a while though.
I think everyone else was more or less OK. No one blew me away though.

I was annoyed that The Unconventionals were knocked out of the competition too, agree completely that they were given the wrong song choice

I think it was the right time for Kerry to go. She does have a nice voice, but it just isn't powerful enough. Ben blew me away with his performance this week

Ben blew me away with his performance this week I thought Kerry would go out , she was a good singer but I don't think she had the X Factor . And Ben I liked the song , he blew me away aswell

Arghh, we were so close to getting rid of Ashley!
I'm not surprised that Kerry went either - she was OK but not memorable enough. And Dion has a great voice but she wasn't all that good a performer, so I wasn't surprised to see her go either.

So, Ashley's out! I think it'll be either Nikita or the MacDonald Bros that go next week, they have nice voices but they just aren't strong enough now.
Eton Road FTW (for the winner!) ;D

Yay, Ashley's gone! He really wasn't a very good singer.
I think the Macdonalds and Nikitta are probably on the way out as well. I'm liking Ben more again now, after being a bit bored of him for a while, but I think I like Eton Road the best too - they seem to be having the most fun.

I think one of the more talented performers is Ray, not too sure about some of the songs he has been given to sing though as they don't seem to suit his voice.

Yeah, Ray is another favourite of mine - he just oozes personality as well You can see he's enjoying every minute of being on stage ;D

I used to watch him in Brookside, he was a good actor

I really think Ray needs to do something other than swing, he's done it 3 weeks running and I'm bored of it. He needs to show that he can do something else.
Not surprised that Nikitta went, she hasn't been much good for a few weeks now.

Yeah, Simon is just playing it safe with Ray every single week, even though Ray said he'd sing anything! Robert was great this week, I'm glad he wasn't in the bottom two

My fave act tonight was actually the McDonald Brothers, they did a really good job with the song they were given

I was worried that Eton Road were going home this week! I'm glad Robert went instead - I find him quite boring and don't like his choice of song.
I think Ray should have gone this week though - he's not a strong enough singer. I also think the Macdonalds have reached the end of the road - nice lads but they just don't stand out
