Liberty X are the official band for the BBC Children in Need 2005 single.

Liberty X will be releasing their own version of disco-soul classic A Night to Remember, originally a hit for Shalamar, on Monday 14 November.

They will be performing the official song on the Appeal, Friday 18 November, live on BBC One.

Terry Wogan will joined by Natasha Kaplinsky and Fearne Cotton on the Appeal night.

To be honest, I really think that G4 should've been given the Children In Need song this year - their Christmas single this year is "When A Child Is Born" which would've been really appropriate, especially the video that goes with it!

Oh well...I will be watching the show anyway, there's a lot of good stuff on it this year!
