We've all had them at one time or other. I had a pair of very tight shiny pink trousers, thought I looked good in them at the time...  And very short skirts. My mum said they looked like a pelmet ;D White patterned tights...  |

I was always wearing leggings when I was around 14/15. I liked them at the time, now when I look at photos I'm wearing them in I'm like "Oh dear god!" |

OMG!! I forgot about the dreaded leggings. I had black ones They showed every little bulge too... What on earth was I thinking?! Leg warmers. Of course I blame that film ‘Flashdance’ for these things. Bicycle shorts. Skin tight, and knee length. Why did everything have to be skin tight?? I mean it hardly left anything to the imagination!! Puffball Skirts!?….why? Somewhere out there is a fashion designer that needs to be shot. |

My first pair of jeans (at age 12) were pink.

Being born in 1960 (yes I'm that old!) I was in my teens during the 70s.... enough said!! The 1970s was just one long decade of fashion disasters! I have so many photos of me with the most hideous clothes on you wouldn't believe. Huge collars that extended right down your arms to your elbows, flared trousers so wide at the bottom that it looked like you were wearing a long skirt, platform shoes in rainbow colours and stripey tank-tops.... arrrrggghhh!!

Shoulder pads!!! Every garment had them. I ended up taking mine out. They made me look like an American football player!!
Anyone remember those things called ‘Deely Boppers’? those naff things you put on your head . Bit like a headband with a couple of springy things at the top which wobbled about. Why??? They looked silly…

Heh! I only remembered them because they were selling similar type things at the Fair I went to. Except the ones I saw had pink flashing bunny ears attached!!
