Pre-ordering with Woolworths paid off, it arrived in store just as i was on my way down town (they gave me a ring as i was walking along to say it had arrived). I also picked up Red Steel, Zelda and a classic controller for when i get round to using the Virtual Console (i'll try and get some Wii Points in the next week or so). I was lucky, in town here, Currys had none, Woolies only had a tiny amount for the pre-orders and the independent games shop nearby took delivery of 4 consoles (the woolies manager told me that lol). Unfortunately though at 9am, i witnessed up to 20 people stood outside hoping to get one. Anyways, here's a video showing it sat on my table.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3ZsN57sn1w...and here's the photos...

Cool! I should be able to attach mine (which I'm getting tomorrow! ;D ) to the main TV, which has the red, the yellow and the white circular sockets at the back of it - that's all the connections the Wii needs, isn't it? If not, I'll need to get my own TV to play it on...

Yep, all you need are the three coloured sockets, and for those who use SCART, there is an adaptor included.

There's only a yellow and a white socket at the back of my TV, so only two of the cables will be able to go in, does this mean I'll have to buy some extra component tomorrow?

Well, of the three sockets, one is the picture and two are for sound, therefore you can still use it just by plugging in the correct two (one picture and one sound), it just means you'll get mono sound instead of stereo (i had that with my old TV).

I had to use the SCART block in the end, but everything's working perfectly I'm so chuffed I've managed to get one of these fantastic consoles, and so soon after the launch date!
