Favorite Mum sayings....
My mum always used to say – “take your coat off or you won’t feel the benefit when you go out”
“You’re not going out looking like that young lady!” (too much make-up or skirt too short) ;D
“Don’t go out with your hair wet – you’ll catch a cold!”
“If you fall and break a leg, don’t come running to me” (A classic, which I have heard a few mothers shout at their kids – even I have said it)
(whilst I was pulling a face) – “if the wind changes you’ll stay like that!”
