Dressed up pooches

Did anyone see Richard and Judy today? I don't watch it very often, but today they had on some guests and their dogs. Good Lord! one poor little dog (very tiny little thing) had a dress on and jewellery. She said the dog didn't mind being dressed up. Humph! its not as if the poor little begger had much choice.

I hate this kind of thing. The poor animals are made to look silly. The americans are very big on it I believe. Buying gucci leather jackets for their pampered pets..

I didn't see R & J but I hate doggy clothes too. The pet section at Harrods (not that I go to Harrods very often) is full of the stuff, with rich tourists cooing over it. Very odd.

Yeah it's a bit OTT - dogs are dogs, not toddlers!

*shameful admission* When I was 13, I used to put scrunchies round my dog's legs and put a scarf round her head...
