The World Remembers

Five years after terrorists used airplanes as weapons to attack the United States, families of some of the nearly 3,000 victims gathered at Ground Zero, the Pentagon and an open field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania for solemn ceremonies. President Bush is taking part in tributes at all three locations hit by terrorists on September 11, 2001.

In Gods Hands. R.I.P

A terrible awful day and one which I shall always remember. I was watching my TV with horror.

My heart goes out to all my American friends today - and to all those who have suffered. God bless you.

I remember I'd just come in the door from college and when I saw what was on TV I didn't know what was happening at first, until Mum told me

I came home from school and it was on the news , it was really upsetting to see .

We watched a video in R.E last week about it and it wasn't nice also it was very sad !

I was in the video shop and the woman behind the counter was watching it on the news, didn't really sink in til later when I got home.
