This story has made me so angry and upset. How could several passing motorists just leave her there??!

This 8 year old child had to crawl to the pavement before a passer- by stopped to help.
What kind of society are we living in for gods sake! I wonder if it had been a cat or a dog?
bet they would have bloody stopped for that!!!
