Ex-chancellor Ken Clarke has been knocked out of the race to become the next leader of the Conservative Party. The self-styled "big beast" came fourth in the poll of Tory MPs, gaining 38 of the 198 available votes. Of his rivals, David Davis came top with 62 votes, followed by David Cameron on 56 and Liam Fox on 42. The three remaining candidates go through to another vote by Tory MPs on Thursday. That will select the two who go to a ballot of all party members. news.bbc.co.uk/ I don't like politics - can't stand Ken Clarke either...so good!

And he probably smells
Do excuse me putting a capital 'A' on 'and' it just isn't right to start a sentence with a lower case letter, but also equally as wrong to start the word 'and' with a capital letter, what is a girl to do?!

It looks like David Cameron will win, he seems really popular. He sounds quite posh but he might make the Tories a more appealing party.
(I'll always be a Labour supporter though, despite the mistakes that are made at times)

Yeah, I may not like some things that Labour have done, but they are still better than the Tories. My memory is not that short!
To be honest, I couldn't give a toss who leads the Conservative party.
